At FROM FUTURE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion choices. If your order isn't perfect, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your items in their original condition.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached, and include the printed return slip inside the box.
Ship the Items
Attach the pre-paid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
